چکیده

Background: Today, stem cells are the best candidates for cell therapy and tissue engineering. Adipose-derived Stem Cells (ADSCs) an essential source of in replacement therapies many diseases. Objectives: This study compared proliferation ADSCs alginate fibrin scaffolds. Methods: were isolated from adipose cultured or scaffolds with a medium containing PRP 10% FBS 10%. Then, viability percentage was assessed by MTT assay trypan blue staining. Also, percentages living, apoptotic, necrotic flow cytometry on fourth eighth days. Results: The rate significantly higher scaffold group than other groups days (P < 0.05). Moreover, lower Besides, living early apoptotic day. There no significant difference late between > Conclusions: These findings indicate positive effect survival FBS. Therefore, can be considered suitable supplement to replace animal sera like

Molloy, et. al., (2003) address specific growth factors encountered in ligament and tendon healing. After reading about the factors found in superficial wounds, above, these should appear familiar, including: Platelet derived growth factor (PDGF)—produced shortly after tendon injury, stimulates production of other growth factors such as IGF-1, and is involved in the tissue remodeling phase of h...

Platelet rich plasma (PRP) for facial rejuvenation

As a result, human growth factors have been widely studied and today there are clinical applications of several individual growth factors. Examples are a keratinocyte growth factor (Kepivance®, Sweden) for oral mucositis and platelet derived growth factor (Regranex, UK) for non-healing diabetic wounds. However, these exogenous growth factors, when applied outside their normal environment, may h...
